By means of adding solvents, surfactants, emulsifiers, dispersants or wetting agents, A stable dilution in water is made possible for field application. This aqueous solution can then be readily applied using suitable spraying apparatus. Depending on the application profile of the specific active ingredient it must be decided whether a solid or liquid formulation is most suitable where the surfactant plays a very important role.

RESEARCH FOCUS: SAFER PRODUCTS
New agricultural chemical molecules are increasingly safer for the environment. Supreme plays an active role in this effort and manufactures low-toxicity surfactants that can be used in place of ethoxylated nonylphenols.
A major challenge of the agricultural chemical industry is to reduce treatment costs while increasing product effectiveness. One of the consequences of this effort is the increasing complexity of products containing several actives. Our researchers are developing new systems designed to meet these demands.
