2. Every empty jar goes through 5 stage fully automatic external and internal jar washing before refilling. The 5 stages include:1) Prewash with water, 2)Alkaline wash, 3)Hot water wash, 4)Prewash with product water, 5) Final Wash with ozonized water
3. Aquafina plant equipment’s use 316 L quality of stainless steel which prevents corrosion.
4. Plant operates on completely automatic systems using SCADA software.
5. Cleaning in Process (CIP) is done before starting the production whenever the line stops for more than 4 hours. It is a intense sanitization process of the entire machinery and pipelines using steam.
