He has been instrumental in development and establishment of Bharat Insecticides Limited in 1982 in Brand Business. He has been associated with Bharat Rasayan Limited since inception managing and controlling Accounts and Finance.
He played a vital role in envisioning the establishment of the BR Agrotech Limited manufacturing facility at Kala Amb. He has been instrumental having poured in relentless efforts in establishing another manufacturing facility at Kathua (J&K) in 2005 with sole objective to cater to the upcoming requirements of Domestic and Multinational organisations to procure their branded product manufactured under P2P business model. Ever since the growth and business has been unabated.
Mr. Krishan Kumar Gupta , with enriched with strategic and operational leadership skills in Market Management of PET and Agrochemicals, Business Planning with Market Analysis. Hailing from farming background , his business acumen has been instrumental in establishing BR Agrotech Limited. His eagerness to diversify has lead to establishing PET bottle unit.
He had major role in establishing and expanding business of BR Agrotech Limited since 2000 with first unit of Pesticides at kala Amb which had later been diversified to PET in 2007. He had been a key for the start of manufacturing facility in 2005 at Unit 1 Kathua(J&K) and 2019 at Unit 2 Panoli.
As a leader in the agriculture industries, Mr. K. K. Gupta has become actively involved with several global forums.
Mr. Vikas Gupta is an eminent personality with vast knowledge of plant & machinery. Strong entrepreneurship, a qualified professional with a B.E. in Chemicals from Pune University and M.B.A.- Marketing from Delhi.
His business carrier started in 2008 with establishment of Formaldehyde manufacturing plant at Yamuna Nagar. Since 2017 after exiting the Formaldehyde manufacturing he joined the Family Business at Bharat Group. Having extensively exposed to group manufacturing facilities of Bharat Group, he is now handling several operations and purchase for domestic and international markets at BR Agrotech Limited
His key areas of interests are IT, Operations and Finance. He played a vital role in implementation of latest ERP S4HANA ( SAP ) in the entire Bharat group. His eagerness to learn, succeed and excel has deeply involved him in gaining knowledge about Agriculture practices.
He wishes to maintain the legacy of family business by adopting best business practices and norms.
Mr. Pankaj Gupta joined the Board of the company as an Independent Director. A graduate in Business Administration as well as Law, he has over 8 years’ experience in legal affairs.
Ms. Sujata Agarwal became an Independent Woman Director of BRAL. She has rich experience of 15 years as an analyst and consultant in financial affairs.
