Dahej (Gujarat) Plant
In order to address the increasing demand of the both domestic and international markets, Bharat Rasayan Limited established its second state-of-art manufacturing facility at Dahej Gujarat. The manufacturing facility is built on an initial investment of USD 30 million in 2012 and has four manufacturing plants. EHS is an integral part of the manufacturing process and BRL has equipped these units with in-house systems for the treatment of solid, liquid, and gaseous effluents. It has pilot plant facilities to undertake process research on new products. The manufacturing facility has scope for future expansion in order to cater to fresh contract manufacturing demands of various MNCs.

Interchangeable Capacities – Hallmarks of BRL Plants
Capacity requirements are closely linked to the process cycle of the product being manufactured. Since BRL has a wide range of products, the capacities at both the Haryana and Gujarat plants are interchangeable. Each product manufactured by BRL is distinct from the other not only because of its own process cycle but also on account of seasonal factors. With this advantage of flexibility, the company is capable of increasing or restricting the production of a product at its interlinked units as per the market trends.
