Mr. Dharmesh Gupta is the Managing Director of Bharat Insecticides Limited. He has over 21 years of experience in the Agrochemical Industry.
He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & MBA in Marketing & Finance. His leadership spans across Marketing, Sales, Production and Administration. He has a solid understanding of all aspects of Fiscal management and Information Technology. His priorities also include formulating policies and strategic plans for future growth with a goal of positively impacting the organization’s bottom line.
His robust leadership style, business acumen, creative thinking and ability to successfully mediate and negotiate with individuals and groups has led to significant growth of the organization.
Mr. Kimihide Kondo joined Agrochemical Department in Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 1989 after getting Bachelor degree in Synthetic Chemistry in Kyoto University.
• AGM of Fine Chemicals Division in Mitsui Bombay Office during 1992 – 1997
• Chief Regional Officer of Mitsui India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai branch during 2006 – 2010
• Whole time Director of Pharmaceutical Company in Ahmedabad during 2013 - 2014
This is his 4th assignment in India.
Mr. Masanori Katsura joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 1988 after getting a bachelor degree in economics in Kobe University. Also he has an executive education experience in IMD.
He worked in North Europe, Indonesia and Singapore outside Japan. He used to be CEO in IT media for 10 years and CFO in multi-national port operation company etc. for 6 years, as well as investment management GM in Mitsui for 2 years.
He is a positive and energizing leader who builds a strategic organization with operational excellency by engaging/influencing people.
Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma has over 39 years of experience in Agrochemical Industry. He hold Bachelor degree in Science. He has vast experience in pesticide formulations. He is Head of Production and is responsible for administration of Plant and R&D. Before joining Bharat Insecticides Limited, he has worked with Crop Health Products Limited.
Mr. Narender Kaushal holds a post graduate degree in Plant Pathology. He has a knack of engaging with people, identifying business opportunities, developing strategic plans and execution excellence. His duties span from Sales to Supply Chain Management. He is responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies and driving topline and bottom-line of the company.
Before joining Bharat Group, he has worked with multinational companies like BASF and Cyanamid.
Mr. Madhukar Chugh has more than 2 decades of experience in Agro-chemical sector. He holds Post-graduate degree in Extension and Post-graduate diploma in Agri-Business Management. He has expertise in Strategy development, Marketing management and new product introduction. He is responsible for devising and implementing Marketing Strategy, long term planning and collaboration with Co-Marketing companies.
Before joining Bharat Insecticides Ltd, he has worked with MNCs like BASF and Cyanamid.
Mr. Toru Tamura joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 1995 after getting a bachelor degree in law in Waseda University. Also he had an executive education experience in Stanford Graduate School of Business.
He has been mostly engaged in petrochemicals and basic materials business, especially for 6 years in the last decade engaged in strategic planning of Basic Materials business unit.
He has a work experience in Belgium during 2003-2007 other than Japan.
Mr. Shinya Michino joined Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in 2006 after getting a bachelor degree in law. He spent most of his career in agrochemical and public health industries. He worked in Belgium for 1 year and Myanmar for 3 years other than Japan.
While he was in Myanmar, he also engaged in various chemical businesses such as fertilizers, paints, plastics, etc. as well as crops itself.
Mr. Deepak Tuli, a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 2 decades of experience in corporate sector manages Financial Planning, Taxation and Finalization of accounts for Bharat Insecticides Limited. He has a vast experience of working in various industries viz. Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Textiles, Packaging, Plastic goods, Insurance and as practicing CA.
Mr. Jaideep Nigam has more than 3 decades of experience across various industries with expertise in end-to-end procurement, including imports, vendor development and management. His experience spans across entire procurement value chain covering raw / bulk material, packaging material and plant & machinery including capital / project purchase. Apart from procurement, he is also handling Corporate Sales.
